NO TO AI GENERATORS 001
For the record, I stand with my fellow artists who are not happy with the use of our art to fuel these AI engines. If it wasn't clear before. Any HUMAN can look at my work and study it, learn from it, be inspired by it, NO problem. You have my consent. And I feel this has always been an unspoken rule, now used against us as an argument.
What you do NOT have my consent on is feeding it into a mindless algorithm that just cleverly disguises it's 'Reference' usage as originality. Yea sure.
It seems to me artists need to now make a new website/social platform where part of it's use PROHIBITS people to just mindlessly feed our artwork to a machine to replicate artist's EARNED skill.
If I hear another 'Get gud' argument. Fuck you, YOU get good.
All us artists need to do is stop posting our art and or watermark it to oblivion, and let's see how these 'Referencing' AI's sort out this nonsense... (at least for now smh)
